- Each 1 BR suite has a kitchen, queen bedroom and sofa pull out queen in living room, single studio rooms have a kitchen and queen bed. $100 rebate for use of sofa bed.

- Ski areas are Ikon pass areas - No passes will be sold through this trip

- Public transportation to the 4 ski areas - free with a Ikon pass or Ski Salt Lake City pass
$1740 for double occupancy, extra $585 with application for a Single occupancy room (limited availability), without airfare is $540 less
$575 Check due with completed trip application- $ 75 is non refundable. Open to Current BVSA Members only June 1 to July 1. Trip will open to members of other EPSA clubs on July 2. $600 due by August 15, final $565 is due October 1. Make Checks payable to BVSA and note Salt Lake 2025 on Memo line. Only checks are accepted
All cancellations must be in writing, email is fine. If cancellation is received on or before October 15 the refund will be the amount paid to date less the $75 non-refundable deposit and any applicable cancellation charges incurred by BVSA After October 15 a refund is only possible if a replacement for this space is found.
The Ikon pass and the Ski Salt Lake Super Pass are good for Snowbird/Alta/Solitude/ Brighton (only one area per day). The 2023-2024 cost for the Super Pass is 3 days- $474, 4 days- $632, 5 days $775. Prices are subject to change. www.visitsaltlake.com for Super Pass info
Ski area transportation:
Cottonwood Connect ( requires reservations) comes with both the IKON and the Ski Salt Lake City Super Pass. Stops at the Hotel
Public Ski Shuttle Buses also come with both of the Ski Passes. These Buses leave from the local park and ride lots. The Hotel shuttle van can take you on the short ride to these lots.
