  Join fellow BVSA members and participate in the Annual Brandywine Clean Up event to keep roads, parks, and streams in our area clean and beautiful.

  Please respond to invite from BVSA / Wild Apricot to register for this event.

  • Volunteers will work in litter clean-up crews in small groups on assigned route.
  • All materials including trash bags, gloves, reflective vests, t-shirts and a clean-up route map are provided.  Volunteers will pick-up supplies at 8 a.m. at Kerr Park.
  • Free Tee Shirt. Sizes will be collected before the event.

  WHEN:    Saturday, April 20^th    meet 7:45am to Noon
  WHERE:  Parking Lot Behind Downingtown Library.

  Joint picnic with KOP Ski Club.  Fun, Food, and water/soda provided by Clubs.

  Bring your (registered or risk a ticket) watercraft, chair and something to share to eat.

  If your last name starts A-M, bring an appetizer, salad, side dish or chips/dip.

  Meet at the Trailer parking area just before entering the park. You can rent Kayaks in the park for those who want to join us and do not have a kayak.

  
  

  Those who went last year were amazed at seeing and paddling around the Cypress trees.  Some of us stayed overnight at a nearby motel. There are also cabins you can rent inside the park. 

  
  

  After the paddle we will go to a local restaurant for beverages and food.
